Meg Ryan Got Cozy at Paris Fashion Week—and I’ve Never Wanted a Pair of Grey Sweatpants so Badly

Meg Ryan Fall does not start till Meg Ryan says it does—and she or he simply kicked off the season together with her coziest choices but.

On September 27, the 62-year-old actor attended Loewe’s spring/summer time 2025 runway present in Paris carrying the best tackle gray sweatpants and a bathrobe that I’ve ever seen.

First let’s speak in regards to the jacket. As author Marilyn La Jeunesse wrote for Glamour in 2022, “Is it actually a Nora Ephron film with no structured dad coat or outsized blazer?”

Layered over a pale yellow button-up with botanical particulars, Ryan topped off her ‘match with what seems to be a cross between Loewe’s oversized tuxedo jacket and a terry-cloth gown—a bit Annie Reed would have completely devoured.

Speaking of the patron saint of the gray sweatsuit, Ryan paired her tailor-made coat and gown shirt with a billowing pair of sweats that characteristic exaggerated pockets and folded draping across the ankles.

It’s an elevated model of Annie Reed’s iconic cinched joggers from Sleepless in Seattle.

Frankly, I’ve by no means been so tempted to spend what I assume will probably be a whole lot of {dollars} on loungewear, although I’m unsure if I’m extra interested in the sweatpants themselves or the way in which they drape over Ryan’s chunky black boots.

Perhaps I’ll mull it over a heat cup of tea and my annual Nora Ephron film marathon.
