We’re in a really pro-nudity period in Hollywood, as stars are sporting much less and fewer on each the crimson carpet and on the road. This will not be moralizing or panic, only a real remark: Fahy’s Victoria Beckham ensemble (which could be a skirt over a bodysuit?) might, with totally different styling, be lingerie.
But that is what’s genius about how she wore it. Instead of going for a sizzling and heavy bombshell look with large hair and crimson lips, Fahy, to borrow a phrase we’re already over, is demure. An aesthetic bun, tasteful diamond studs and a nude lip give her a form of Upper East Side vibe that balances out the sheer.
