Netflix to Add Disclaimers to IC-814: The Kandahar Hijack After Outrage Over Hijackers’ Names

Netflix stated on Tuesday it would add new disclaimers to an Indian sequence a few airplane hijack after social media outrage and authorities anger over what they stated was Muslim hijackers being proven as Hindus.

The sequence, referred to as IC-814: The Kandahar Hijack, a fictionalised model of the 1999 hijacking of Indian Airlines flight 814 from Kathmandu, was launched on Netflix final week.
