Marvel Comics and Clover Press are collaborating on another art book, hot on the heels of the successful crowdfunding campaign for The Marvel Art of Russell Dauterman. This time around, the focus is on the work of the late Michael Turner, notable for his work on Civil War, Old Man Logan and more.

With the Kickstarter campaign for The Marvel Art of Michael Turner live now, IGN can exclusively debut images of the metal art cards and metal art prints included with certain pledge tiers. Get a closer look in the slideshow gallery below:

While perhaps best known for his work on Top Cow’s Witchblade and his creator-owned titles Fathom and Soulfire, Turner also enjoyed a prolific career as a cover artist at Marvel and DC in the early 2000’s. Turner’s Marvel work includes cover art for Civil War, Wolverine: Origins, Ultimatum, World War Hulk and many more. The Marvel Art of Michael Turner spotlights those many covers, along with rarely-seen sketches.

The Marvel Art of Michael Turner is 184-page, 9″x12″ coffee table art book. The Kickstarter campaign includes a number of optional extras, including the aforementioned metal cards and art prints as well as trading cards, stickers and a 1000-piece puzzle. The campaign even features a “Mystery Tier” level, where backers will receive one of five randomly selected tipped-in pencil art prints, holo cards and mini prints.

“Mike Turner’s name on a cover could bump your sales up by 25%,” said Civil War writer Mark Millar in Clover’s press release. “I’ve never known any other artist who could do that. It was like a super-power. Characters who had been around for half a century suddenly looked fresh through his eyes. He had such an amazing energy to his work and beautiful sense of detail. I always felt honored on the few occasions when we worked on the same books.”

“Michael Turner became a fast fan favorite, and this book is the clear evidence as to why,” said Clover Press Publisher Hank Kanalz. “We’re ecstatic to bring such a comprehensive collection of Turner’s Marvel work together in one volume. We like to introduce new items with each new campaign, and this round, we’re rolling out metal prints and metal trading cards – and at Aspen’s suggestion, a ‘Mystery Tier’ wherein backers won’t know which version of their super-limited book and prints they will get until they open their package.”
