Supreme Court limits scope of obstruction legislation utilized in Jan. 6 circumstances

The Supreme Court issued a consequential decision on Friday that could affect the prosecutions of more than 300 Jan. 6 cases, as well as the special counsel’s case against former President Donald Trump.
