U.S. surgeon normal requires well being warning for teenagers on social media apps

U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy announced Monday in an opinion piece in the New York Times that he will push for a tobacco-style warning label for social media. Murthy wants Congress to approve a label, making it clear that “social media is associated with significant mental health harms for adolescents.”
