Wolfsburg Sack Ralph Hasenhuettl After Borussia Dortmund Thumping

Bundesliga aspect Wolfsburg on Sunday sacked supervisor Ralph Hasenhuettl, a day after a 4-0 defeat at Borussia Dortmund. Wolfsburg issued an announcement saying the membership determined to terminate the Austrian’s contract attributable to “leads to the current months”. Wolfsburg have misplaced six of their previous eight video games and have gained simply twice since January. In competition for European soccer earlier within the season, Wolfsburg have slid to twelfth on the desk. 

Hasenhuettl took over from former coach and present Dortmund boss Niko Kovac in March 2024, after a four-year stint at Premier League aspect Southampton.

Under-19s coach Daniel Bauer will take over on an interim foundation, the 2009 Bundesliga title winners confirmed.
