X-Men ’97 Reportedly Hires What If…? Writer Matthew Chauncey for Season 3

Marvel has reportedly employed What If…? author Matthew Chauncey for Season 3 of the Disney+ animated collection X-Men ’97.

As reported by Deadline, Chauncey was author and govt story editor for What If…? and labored on 15 episodes in whole. He additionally wrote a teleplay for the Disney+ miniseries Ms. Marvel and was a script physician for the 2022 movie Thor: Love & Thunder.

The script for X-Men ’97 Season 2 has reportedly been revised and is at present in manufacturing, with Season 3’s improvement underway. Series creator Beau DeMayo had already accomplished his work on the primary two seasons earlier than he was fired every week earlier than the present premiered.
